Ligger direkt på stranden i San Simeon, kommer du att uppleva fri utsikt över Central Coast California's breathtaking Stilla havet, med synlighet spänner från den södra änden av Cambria till den historiska San Simeon fyren och bortom.

"Oceanfront Escape" på Balboa, är en rymlig fyra sovrum, tre badrum lägenhet som har havsutsikt från nästan alla rum, med tillgång till stranden bara några steg bort. Det är den perfekta perfekta platsen att sitta ute på uteplatsen och valen, delfinen, otterklockan och solnedgången medan havsbrisen drar dig till en helt ny nivå av stillhet.

Entrénivån i hemmet har kök och matplats, vardagsrum, gästrum med en queen size-säng och ett gäst sovrum med 2 enkelsängar. Den övre nivån på fastigheten har master svit med en king size-säng och skjutreglage som leder ut till ett omslag däck, ett gäst sovrum med en full size säng och en Trundle säng som har en enkelsäng ovanpå och full storlek säng som drar ut från under, så i hela fastigheten kan bekvämt rymma 10 gäster.
Det finns två vardagsrums områden, både upp och nedervåningen, alla med gaseldspisar, plattskärms-TV och privata oceanfront balkonger, vilket ger en oöverträffad och spektakulär utsikt!

Clean, spacious and accurate
The photos and descriptions was spot on. The condo is clean, simple, welcoming and well furnished. I’d recommend guest bring an Apple TV, Roku or some support if they want to watch a program or game. I’d highly recommend this place and hope to return very soon. Thank you!!

Lovely and clean two story house with wonderful view of the ocean. Very private with very little nearby, but just a short drive into Cambria. Very small kitchen, and we had trouble with ants.

Checked all the boxes - Loved it!!!!
Celebrated my 60th with friends and family. Everyone loved the house. The walks on the beach and the parks nearby for sunrise and sunset were amazing! The neighbors (owners I think) were all very kind and helpful. WIFI was a little sketchy and needed a few resets. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

Best vacation ever!
Just the ladies this weekend!! Words can’t describe our four nights in San Simeon. The accommodations are over the top incredible. The owner really has thought of everything. The seating is perfectly situated throughout the condo for exquisite views of the ocean. The steps to the beach make it easy to venture out. We shared several gourmet meals together in a warm and well appointed kitchen and dining room area. The bedrooms are large and roomy with comfortable beds. We will definitely be back. The surroundings are stunning. Be sure to check out the city of Harmony — very cute town and excellent wine tasting. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Thank you to the owner and management company!!

Perfect Place for Quick Getaway
This place is awesome. We came to town for a wedding a Paso Robles and this location was perfect. The home was clean, neighbors were welcoming and check-in/check-out process was a piece of cake. The best thing about this place were the beds; they were comfortable as any I've ever slept in.

Beatiful property and excellent location.
We were extremely pleased with this condo and its location. The only disappointment is that the grill listed as one of the amenities was old and rusted and did not work...a true disappointment. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Multi family beach getaway
This was a perfect getaway for my sister and our families to spend some quality time together in our "little bubble" during the pandemic. There was pleny of room for the 10 of us. No need to bring beach toys, towels or board games. This is all available!.... Relaxing on the deck, listening to the waves and watching the sunset was amazing and so good for the soul. Cambria was just 5 min away and we enjoyed strolling through the shops. Walking on the beach was nice......not crowed at all.....it was like having your own private beach backyard. Definitely recommend this place!!

Relaxing beach stay coming out of quarantine.
My son and I celebrated my birthday coming out of three months of quarantine in Southern California. My son lives in the Bay Area and this was a perfect spot to meet. We enjoyed the beach, sunsets, cooking and bowing, wine tasting and visiting Morro Bay.
