Perfect getaway
The property was as listed, except the views far exceeded the photos on the website! Kitchen had all the amenities to cook a nice meal. Bathrooms were clean, with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Very close to town, ships, restaurants and other amenities. I came with my daughter, son in law and 2 grand babies!

Great view and plenty of room.
Plenty of pros. The house is near the ocean and up on a hill so the view of the ocean was beautiful and when you opened the windows you could hear the ocean. The layout of the house was great. There was plenty of seating in the living room. We had a wonderful time. I had read the house was dated, it was blue and mauve, but that did not bother us. I had also read the carpet was stained. It was. The carpet was the only con.

House on a steep road
We knew the house was going to be 1980s and that was fine. We love the front porch because we could hear the ocean. One morning we had a deer and fawn visit us. Window shutters were nice. Carpeting needs to be replaced. The pink carpeting must be from the 1980s. The beige carpeting was old too. It needs to be shampooed. House could have been cleaner. It is dangerous exiting the driveway because the road is very steep and the exit is right below a blind drop off. Master bathroom is missing a curtain or blinds and it looks right in the neighbors’ windows. We left coffee and creamer for the next guests. We also left juice and water in the refrigerator. The rental staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful views
We stood the weekend at this beautiful place. The view is amazing, the rooms are a good size, quiet neighborhood, friendly city. Things are a little outdated, and the house does have some wear and tear but that honestly didn’t bug me, we really enjoyed the house over all. We would definitely come back and stay.

The view and location of the property was outstanding. I loved the sitting room with the open windows and the cozy fireplace. The check-in process was a little archaic, I like the lock box method better, especially because we got in a little later than expected and the there was a blackout! The house was beautiful but needs some cleaning and upgrades. Some of he cookware was unsafe to use (pans) and we felt we had to wash everything before we used them, some dirty old dishes. Could use a new coffee pot with some coffee provided for the first day until guests can get to the grocery store. Need to treat for ants, after 10 minutes of cooking the ants would appear on the kitchen sink. Overall we enjoyed our stay but should be aware of the above suggestions.

This house was a perfect size for our family. The living room was cozy and kitchen was nice. 1 bed and bath upstairs and 2 beds and seperate bathroom downstairs worked perfect for us. The views from the living room are absolutely gorgeous and all the windows really let you see the whole beach. The street and driveway were incredibly steep to drive up.

Good location. Home met our needs. Old furniture, carpet and cookware. Felt like back in the 70's or 80's. Home was clean just needs an update. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A mess of pots and bowls in the kitchen. It was the worst trip and I was upset that I couldn't use the kitchen. There were stains on the duvet and there were bedbugs. it was the worst trip

Too many weird things happened that make us think it’s either haunted or someone has a key to the home and enters whenever they want. Lights were turned on, front doors was unlocked, and water was turned on and left running.

Nice house. Loved the large bathroom counters. Al of the kitchen pans were burned beyond use. No TV's in any of the bedrooms. TV in living room was not very good. Ran out of Toilet Paper in both bathrooms, with no spare TP available at the house. We bad to buy our TP..

Park Hill Ocean View
This turned out to be a good place to stay for us. The house has a knock-out ocean view. You can even see the ocean from the guest room! To get this view, though, the house is perched on a very steep hill. That took some getting used to! Everything is dated in the house, but functional. We enjoyed the deck, the floor plan and the location of the house to the sea and town. The property manager was great - quickly responding to any issues we had.

Great Getaway
Easy checkin, beautiful views and cozy feel. It’s dated, and the fees almost equal the nightly rate for a two night stay, so a longer stay would be better for the bottom line. Felt like I was at my grandma’s house, which is a good thing!

Excellent ocean views and a well kept,comfortable house with just a few easily fixable issues.
The step onto the deck from the driveway needs to be repaired (safety issue). Kitchen items: manual can opener doesn't work, measuring cup leaked, no cookie trays , and needs a large casserole dish. It would be nice to have a TV in each bedroom.The driveway enters onto a steep road with a blind spot. A convex mirror at the end of the driveway could help with visibility .

Good location, beautiful view, very dated
I stayed here with my sister. The location is very convenient and the views are gorgeous, but there are a couple of things to be aware of. As noted by other reviewers, the house is on a very steep street and the driveway is also steep (there is no street parking allowed), so getting in/out of the car in the driveway can be challenging (though things are level if you pull all the way into the garage). Also note that two of the bedrooms located downstairs. This property is not a good option for anyone with mobility issues. We do not tend to be germaphobes, but COVID has amped up the awareness of what's on various surfaces. I know they have cleaners and the property was clean; however, we found ourselves very uncomfortable thinking about how old the carpet and furniture are and how many people have been through the property over time. I know it's a rental property and we all make allowances for that, but we felt some updates are really overdue. Everything with the property management company went very smoothly.

The steep driveway
Property is located on a steep hill. The drive way has a very steep slope from the road to the garage. Sometimes the van we drove got stuck with some of the wheels off the ground. The house had good views and was spacious and we did enjoy our stay.

Comfortable home
We loved the view and enjoyed dinners in the home watching the sunset. It was quiet and comfortable for 6 of us, and convenient to town and wineries. Our only issue was lack of paper products. We had to go out and buy toilet paper because we were only left 3 rolls for a 5 night stay with 6 guests. There were also no toiletries provided, so bring everything you need!
