“Neat hotel. Set up like a motor lodge but don't let that fool you. Room was clean. Water was hot. Parking easy. I had my dog with me..the dog area was decent, but it’s very dark out there. Maybe a motion light or something would be good. I was there Dec 24-25, the island was very quiet. 5 min walk to the “shopping/restaurant/dock”. I saw they had an indoor pool, but I didn't use it. Overall neat place to stay & would defo recommend the Earth Box Inn.”

“Very comfortable and cozy. Great host. Good communication and very welcoming. Access is a bit difficult if you have mobility issues but they were very accommodating to allow us to use a different access”

“The staff at the Friday Harbor were so incredibly kind and accommodating!! They ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Each bedroom had an AC split that was so nice to control the individual climates of each room. The gas fireplace in the sitting room was a great touch too! ”

“This was the perfect place to stay for a girls trip! The location was quiet and very well kept up. We even saw an orca right off the beach which was a bonus!”

“This property has it all! We loved our stay and the home. There was plenty of room for 7 adults, 2 kids and one pup. The home was clean, well stocked with everything you could need, the hot tub was amazing and Zak was an awesome host. Don’t sleep on booking this property or visiting Friday Harbor! ”

“This place is walking distance to hiking trails. I wish the shellfish farm was open, because you can see it from the house! Would have been great to get some fresh oysters! It’s driving distance to shops and the market, but that was the point of our trip - peace and quiet. ”

It's a stunning location with everything you need right on site. The owners were very responsive. It was very clean. And, it's especially great if you want to kayak or use the on site dock. The pool was one of our highlights. Will highly recommend to everyone.”

“We love this house on San Juan Island. This was our second time staying at the house and the kids are begging to go back. The house is comfortable and has a great table for family dinners, board games and puzzles. The beach and property are just fantastic. The lack of internet is a small ding in my mind though it is helpful to get the kids off screens. Jenny was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue. Strongly recommend for some quiet downtime.”
