Not as nice as pictures, no AC
Small room and only one lamp in the room. Both micro and cooler. But no basin in our room. Two showers on the floor but only one separate toilet, there were also one combined shower/toilet and also one common toilet with two “positions”.
The house is quite old and have poor sound insulation both internal and external. We arrived at 8PM and it felt scary when turning from Market Street. Also, when we were out late (8-22PM) it felt un safe walking to the hotel. Outside of the hotel sometimes homeless people slept (sad ☹) and police were acting. The door to the hotel was locked and personal were sitting behind glass and there was another lattice door before entering the hotel. The windows had only lock on the one closest to the fire escape. NO AC and poor ventilation made it needed to vent by opening windows, despite “cool” weather. No daily cleaning and only one towel / person. But the bathrooms and showers were nicely cleaned.
The continental breakfast was not good: bread, porridge, butter, one yam, serials, milk, coffee/te and juice and sometimes an apple. One day the coffee was out, despite it was almost out the day before.
