“Stayed here for 14 days. Generous space with lots of room for multiple guests. We didn't realize the villa was two separate units. This was unexpected as we thought there would be a central indoor staircase. We made it work but we did feel separate from each other. Eduardo brought us lovely treats from a local bakery a couple of times which was very kind. You definitely need a vehicle to stay here. While it says there are a few things in walking distance we felt the car was necessary....

The house name is not a location on a map and if you use an app like Google then you must use the name on the wall outside the property. “We absolutely loved staying at La Pineta di Sinalunga! The rooms were great, property had everything we needed, and Francesca was an amazing host. One very minor note is the the listing is slightly misleading as it relates to AC. The main house does not have AC but rather there is a small annex unit (I assume rented separately) with AC. This was not a big issue for us because the weather was fairly cool during our stay but it could be a surprise for someone staying when it is hotter.”

“John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though.
