“We were only here for one night, for a day at Universal Studios. We found everything to be nice, clean and comfy. Everything was stocked well with plenty lotion, shampoo, etc! The shower was spacious, had great water pressure and was nice and warm. The parking lot is a tad smaller, but we had no issues! “I was optimistic because of the pictures online. But this hotel and room were so bad, I forfeited the $125 for the night and left after being in the room for 15 minutes. It looks like it was an old apartment complex that was converted. The parking is gated but still seemed insecure. The room was basic with a bed and tv. The AC unit was 30 years old and didn’t work, and the tv remote (which you are issued at check in) apparently wasn’t matched to the tv in the room. The bed had coils pushing...

“Had a nice stay. The beds were comfy and room mostly clean. The lower part of the mattress that was closest to the floor had a lot of stains on it and didn’t look very pleasant. Room wasn’t pretty small compared to other places I’ve been to. Breakfast was okay and was what I had expected. Good service!”
