Newly Remodeled Beautiful Beach Bound & Centrally Located San Diego Home

This beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home centrally located to all San Diego has to offer. This single-story family home sits in a quite neighborhood features a great location 10-15 minutes away from miles of sandy beaches, a large entertainer’s dream backyard, and brand new tastefully decorated interior designed with your comfort in mind. This home has a large BBQ and fire pit in the backyard. This property is perfect for families, a couple’s getaway, and everyone in between.
Upon entry you are welcomed into a very open living space with a full kitchen, living room with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, full sized couch, and spacious dining nook with seating for 4. There is also a kitchen bar with seating for 3 along the counter. This home is ideal for enjoying a sunny day, as the open floor plan leads out to the large outdoor fenced in private backyard.

Down the hallway from the kitchen are the three bedrooms and one bathroom with a tub. The master bedroom has one queen size bed, a mounted flat screen TV, lots of space and storage in the mirrored closets, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen size bed and ample storage and space in the mirrored closet. Bedroom three is the bunkbed room the lower bed is a full-size bed and the upper bed is a twin, ample closet and storage space, with a pack and play and high chair located in the closet.

Serra Mesa
We loved our stay at this house in Serra Mesa. The house is well laid out with a beautiful open kitchen/common area, and a large patio with multiple outdoor seating options. Bedrooms are all tucked away down the hall away from the common area, so anyone going to bed early will not be disturbed by those still awake. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you will need for cooking. The property manager responded quickly to the questions I had the first day. We loved this house and plan to stay here again when we are back in San Diego.

Quiet Escape
This was a perfect space for grandparents, parents and teenager to share over the holidays. The location was central and easy to get to freeways, shopping, the beach and other attractions. There are even stores in walking distance, coffee shop, donut store, Thai restaurant, sandwich shop, etc. CVS and gas stations are close by for convenience as well. The house is well maintained and the back yard was tranquil with lots of sunshine and fresh air. Parking was really easy in the driveway and on the street. We highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay in a clean home in a family neighborhood, centrally located off the 805, close to Snapdragon, Mesa College etc. The bunkbed room should be advertised for small children, the top bunk won't work for a larger child. Also, the living area could use another couch, but otherwise the house was great for 3-4 adults and a few small kids, not 4, almost 5 adults like we brought.

the house was extremely clean and everything was well thought of. kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee, plenty of pots and pans, ect. enough towels, plenty of linens and extra blankets. pack and play, high chair for my baby. host answered promptly whenever i messaged. i 100% would stay here again!

SDSU move in
We were moving in my daughter to the dorms from out of state and made this our home base. The garage was huge and easily fit our Bronco. The entire house was clean and spacious. A lot of thought was put into the design and amenities. The backyard is a great location to relax after a long day. We loved it.

Clean and conveniently located
We enjoyed the space very much. Things to note: the garage doesn't connect to the house. there is a ring doorbell at the front door. shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were not provided. Other than that, the place is clean, the kitchen has plenty of items to cook, there are plenty of towels to use. Backyard is also a nice space. Location was convenient for our group for the restaurants, grocery stores, Legoland, Sesame Street, and Seaworld.

Great stay and first Vrbo experience
While I rented out my own condo years ago with the Vrbo competitor that shall not be named, this was my first time actually staying in a vacation home scenario and I have to say that it was quite pleasant. Very clean, and spacious for the five of us, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed for our family's cooking needs. The towels were plentiful and clean. Aimee was responsive, which I appreciated. Overall, a comfortable stay that enabled us to focus on the important/fun parts of our family trip. Tip: bring your own shampoo, hand soap, and bath soap. I had brought my own b/c I had never stayed in a vacation home before, but my family members hadn't because previous homes had apparently supplied them.

A very nice house
Everything was super clean and the house was fully stocked. Beautiful home and great location. The only two issues were ants in the back bedrooms and bathroom. I think this was probably due to rainy weather. There was bug spray in the garage. We also had a problem on the last day with the stove, but we eventually figured it out. Shared both of these issues with the owner and she was very responsive. Overall I'd give the house a 9 out 10.
