Villa Blanca är en vackert restaurerad sex enhet semester lägenhetskomplex i en trygg, lugn, trädgård som att ställa steg till stranden och strandpromenaden ... bokstavligen ett halvt kvarter. Alla lägenheter är uppkallade efter världsberömda stränder. Vår "Vind och Sea" Lägenheten är ljus, soligt och ligger på andra våningen. Du kan höra vågorna och lukta vågorna! Ombyggda med helt nya apparater, möbler och hårda trägolv ... denna rymliga lägenhet med två sovrum är charmigt med ljus dekoratör inredning och chica strand handen. Den stora, äter i köket, är fullt utrustat för att göra en gourmetmåltid för att helt enkelt packa en picknick lunch för stranden. Detta är vår mest rymliga lägenhet och har en privat ut dörren middagar uteplats. Grunderna i byggnaden innehåller en grillplats och en utomhusdusch med stranden leksaker och styrelser boogie på sommaren. Denna exklusiva, familjevänlig stadsdel är en minuters promenad till varje restaurang mat du kan tänka dig inom alla prisklasser!

Not worth the money
The apartment is nothing like what the photos advertise. The place is grimy, old, and rundown. Mold is visible throughout the apartment and the kitchen is completely stained. On the topic of stains, be prepared for filthy and stained mattresses, sheets, and towels, should you decide to reserve this apartment. Overall, this apartment is not worth the money and shouldn’t be advertised on Vrbo.

The apartment is about 2 mins walk to Pacific beach and very comfortable to stay in . My only complain is owner should consider non pet rentals and try to get rid of pet odour . The apartment was very clean but had a strong pet smell.

Upon arrival our unit had not been cleaned. The bed had been slept in and towels were on the floor. I contacted the management co and the response was immediate. We were then given the unit next door, which was in better shape and clean. Loved the location, steps to the beach and many restaurants. Would stay again.

Close to the beach
Overall, we really enjoyed are stay here. It is an older building that is showing its age, but the location is why we stayed and we were not disappointed. Walking distance to tons of eating establishments and a block from the beach. great location and price. Would stay there again for sure.

The condo is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was very comfortable place to stay. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to PB.

Great location!
The property is 1 block from Pacific Beach., and close to all the action. It’s not plushly outfitted or updated, but it was appropriately lower priced than nicer properties in that location. Checkin was quick and easy.. we enjoyed our stay there.

Great Location—but it could be better
To start off with the great, this was a wonderful location. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. However, when we first got to the apartment, none of the windows had been opened so it was SO hot and muggy inside. Because it is an older property, it has that older smell, which was worse when it was hot or any of the closets were opened. We immediately opened all the windows and realized there was no AC. Just a ceiling fan in each bedroom. The windows in the queen bedroom didn’t have screens, so every once in a while we would get some flies inside. The couch in the front room is comfortable, but it is stained and there are multiple cracks in the ceiling and walls as well. Overall, we had a really good time. However, I have paid less money to stay at nicer VRBO’s and I was just shocked at the quality when we got there. Just be aware you are paying for the location more than the quality of the property. If that is all you need, than this is a golden place to stay. (And no, we didn’t reach out to the property manager—because there was nothing they could have done.)

Great getaway
This was a great location - so close to the beach (the sand toys and chairs were a great perk!) and also to restaurants. It was so easy to access anything we needed by walking just a few minutes down the street. Megan was super responsive when I brought up a minor issue and fixed it right away. Overall, a great place, great location - my family and I loved it.

Convient location, appreciated parking spot
Our family of 4 stayed in Villa Blanca for a week at the end of June. The apartment was accurately represented by the pictures. The internet connection was simple and fast. We especially appreciated the parking spot included in this unit as street parking can be hard to find in this area. Communication was easy. We especially appreciated the simple check out! There was a broken patio chair, but we didn't need to use it so it wasn't an issue. I was concerned about the unit not having a/c, but it truly wasn't needed (and I'm hot-natured). The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great!

Great Getaway
Apartment was in the best location - right about on the beach and so close to restaurants/boardwalk! We stayed with 4 people and thought the space fit us just fine. Host was very responsive and accommodating to all questions/concerns. Also loved that there was a parking spot. Would definitely stay again!

Villa Blanca experience
My family and I had a good time at our stay. I was a bit bummed not to see shampoo anywhere in the villa. It seemed to be listed as part of the amenities & dead batteries in the remote controls.That didn't stop us from having a great time. Thanks again Vince

Great location
Overall a good experience. I notched the top of the refrigerator was covered in sand. The unit was out of paper products and shampoo, the manager brought them with in an hour. The bbq grill was out of gas. We would stay again.
