“We never got to stay at this hotel as our booking was not received by the hotel. The hotel was closed for the season but still on hotels.com. We had to travel to another town and pay for another hotel. The hotel owner could not reach hotels.com by phone and i tried the virtual chat as there are no contact numbers for them. I managed to chat later to an agent virtually and i am still waiting for my refund. The hotel owner has emailed hotels.com to confirm we did not stay there. Not a great...

“The property looks good for pictures but that's about it. It is a long walk from the beach and no beach gear is offered. Practically all amenities described are not offered in actuality. No sauna, massage, no "Manager's reception", whatever that means. We couldn't find anyone to check in when we got to the property at 8pm. They apparently complained to the locals about it since we had to knock on their part of the residence (it's a small village) despite the check-in stating 2pm-10pm. For air...

“Väldigt mysigt lägenhet som ligger precis vid två olika stränder centralt i Kokkari. Perfekt läge med närhet till bad men också mysiga restauranger längs med vattnet. Fin utsikt över viken från balkongen. ”

Aningens stressigt om man ska göra en familj på 3 barn + 1 vuxen klar på så kort tid. Hade bara kontakt med ägaren via sms. Fick ingen instruktion hur saker & ting fungerar. Köket var bristfälligt utrustat - fanns inte bestick till alla familjemedlemmar eller trasa/diskhandduk.”
