Koppla av på det rymliga bakre däck på en av våra 3 privata husbostäder med utsikt över farleden längs sjätte hålet vid Keowee Key Golf och Country Club. Detta orörda gated community ligger vid foten av Blue Ridge Mountains omgiven av Lake Keowee och har 3 småbåtshamnar (plus kajakpaddling eller paddling), 2 pooler och en inomhuspool i olympisk storlek plus helt nya gym, plus en 4. 5-stjärnig restaurang till njut av lokala kockar. Känn dig gärna fritidsvandring på stigarna genom hela föreningen som alla är lättillgängliga. Detta rymliga radhus ligger bara 12 miles från Clemson för alla sportevenemang, fina restauranger och shopping plus, bara 10 minuter från Seneca för god mat på Ram Cat Alley eller för att gå till natursköna Stumphouse Tunnel and Park. På bottenvåningen finns ett sovrum med en king size-säng i Kalifornien plus ett nyinredda vardagsrum med badkar. Det finns ett andra sovrum och badrum med en queen size-säng på övre plan och det finns en utdragbar bäddsoffa med en full madrass i hulområdet för deras komfort också. Above and beyond!
This home was fantastic! Ann was amazing to work with and communication was top notch. We have stayed at a lot of vrbo rentals but have never felt as comfortable and at home as at this rental. Our stay was very relaxing. The townhome is in a quiet neighborhood. The townhome was very well stocked with supplies by the owner, Ann. It is very clean and well maintained. The deck was a relaxing way to begin each day. Ann was very responsive to communications, both email and text. We look forward to booking our next trip to the Upstate with Ann.

Wonderful stay
Keowee Key is an amazing community and this unit was perfect. We are building nearby and need places to stay until our home is done. The unit had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. The community walking trails are a great work-out and my dog loved the dog park. I loved being in the end unit. It’s very quiet and there are deer grazing in the backyard. It overlooks a fairway and you can hear golfers and their balls, but it is very treed and you are uphill. We liked the unit so much that we rented it again to tie us over until our home is done.

Great location, Well stocked unit
We had a lovely time at Lake Keowee and found this townhouse in Keowee Key to be perfect for our needs. The home was well stocked with all of the essentials and the property owner was very informative and answered all communications quickly. We brought fur family and I loved how close by the grass area was for potty breaks. There were beautiful walking trails throughout the community, we were close to hiking and pickleball courts and of course the lake. Renting a kayak was both affordable and effortless! We will be back!

Weekend Getaway
Our family was looking for a long weekend getaway that was pet-friendly. The townhouse was a perfect place! We rented kayaks, fished with our son and had great walks spying a few dear! Ann was an incredible host, well-stocked for our needs. She was very communicative and clearly explained how amenities worked, including the gate, making it a simple process. Will definitely return!

Perfect Place for our Family

Enjoyed our return to this property. It was clean and comfortable, as it always is. We didn't need the extra bed which has been added to the loft, so would have preferred the futon/TV sitting area which used to be in the space, but understand the added bed capacity is appealing to some. This is a beautiful property! All of the comforts of home and so well stocked. Plenty of fresh towels and great kitchen amenities. Had a slight miscommunication with the gate security on check-in but the property owner called us to make sure everything was corrected. We would absolutely stay there again!

Peaceful and well equipped.
Located in very nice gated community, communication was excellent. Rental was well appointed with many extras to make the stay more enjoyable. Worked out great for us and our dogs loved it. Walking trails well manicured and shaded from the heat. Even though we didn’t use the other facilities at the complex, they looked very nice. Everyone we came across in the complex was extremely friendly.
