Located in a shared plot with the owner, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A bright, air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa that converts into a double bed, a coffee table, a TV, Wi-Fi.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with direct access to the terrace via a large French window.
Night area:
- A 1m20 high mezzanine, with a bedroom area with a double bed.
- A shower room with an Italian shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail and a toilet.
Outside :
- A beautiful wooden terrace of 20 m², fitted out with a dining table, a bench, a coffee table, a parasol and a barbecue.
- You will have a 1000 m² garden, including 100 m² of vegetable garden, and a heated swimming pool shared with the owners. The pool is protected by an electric shutter, and is open from April to October.
