Welcome to the P'tit bonheur, the perfect cottage for your group gatherings (6 adults + 2 children) !

SPACE CONFIGURATION ON 2 FLOORS:
On the ground floor:
- Living room with interior wood fireplace
- Open concept dining room and full kitchen
- 1st bedroom with 1 Queen bed
- 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed
- 1st full bathroom (shower)

On the garden level:
- Living room
- 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed
- 2nd full bathroom (bath and shower).

For your entertainment, you will have at your disposal an air hockey table, a smart tv.

Ideal for 6 adults and 2 children.

The Internet you will have is a connection by satellite which can sometimes be unstable.

The Smart TV is available with the ability to connect to platforms like Netflix and YouTube. In addition, you will have access to a variety of channels.

It is forbidden by the city of Saint-Côme to park on the street at night.

Please note that we do not give any guarantee on operation, cleanliness or technical support for the BBQ from November to April (there is no maintenance performed during this period).
Please note that we supply propane only between the months of May to October.

The indoor wood fireplace is unavailable from May to September due to a lack of maintenance during this period. It is in service from early October to the end of April. If you would like to use it outside these dates, please feel free to request it, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that during the winter period (November to April), we do not guarantee access to or operation of the outdoor fireplace due to weather conditions that are beyond our control. However, you will have access to a shovel if you ever want to clean the site and use the fireplace. Thank you for your understanding.

We provide one bath towel per person. Extra towels are not provided.
