“This is been one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless, big, had everything we needed, beautiful view, great amenities and friendly management. The area is great for families, Chipipe has a more calm vibe. Having a folder with info and instructions was very helpful. I really can't think of anything bad about this place, if you can afford it, you won't be disappointed! Worth every penny.”

“We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It was well stocked when we arrived. The building is secure. Having a washing machine in the unit was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sea turtles swimming around. Questions were answered quickly, and Cynthia was available for recommendations throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!”

“10/10 recommend staying here!!. It’s on the main strip, but still in an area that is not loud. It’s an easy walk to everything. I felt safe and the guard for the building is extremely helpful. The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. The view from the Apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the furnishings were nice and very clean. Will definitely visit again! ”

“Highly recommend staying at this unit. Nicely located on the main ocean front drive, but still off the “Main” area from all the noises. The property has wonderful ocean views, great communication from the owners and all that you need to enjoy a vacation. All essentials are at the unit, plenty of room, AC, internet, tv, and most important the awesome ocean! Great fishing as well in Salinas for those that like it.”

“Property very well maintained with total security. You see some activity on the weekends but during the week days you got the beach pretty much to yourself. Caretaker was quick to response and address minor details. I would definitely come back for another stay.”

“This was my second booking on vrbo. Though I made mistakes at booking, the owner was very understanding and worked with me. I felt very informed of the door codes prior to arrival. He had the property manager greet us and walk us to the door. Inside we found the apartment decorated for Christmas! Everything was clean and ready for a comfortable stay. The hot tub pictured was perfect for my arthritis and made me feel like I was in a luxury vrbo. I would highly recommend this rental! Phil and Jody...

“This lovely home and area was a great break for my family over Christmas. We enjoyed staying here and felt safe and taken care of for our complete stay.
