Hotell med pool i Rosemont

"Great staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add. The room is like all other chain hotel, it´s like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed. The resort fee is a ridiculous scam that to many hotels charge. Things that other hotels include in the room price but mostly in the US is an add on. However, Swissotel actually gave credit that could be used for breakfast and dry cleaning so the 25+tax could be used in some ways. The automatic elevators was a big plus, waiting time short and effective use of the elevators, more hotels should have this setup"

"Trevligt hotell med inbjudande entré. Rummet skavt i kanterna.Gammal heltäckningsmatta i rummet och fick ej känsla av full fräschör. Städade inte efter första natten. Hittade på att vi inte godkänt att de gick in i rummet men hade inte frågat vid incheckningen. "

"I got a room with a great view. It was a pleasant stay, I will come back. Good neighbourhood, they had a good deal for parking at a nearby garage for about $25 a night. "

"Hotellet är gammalt och korridorerna är ganska nergångna. Rummet däremot var i gott skick och stort. Läget är bra."
