“We had a great time at your place, catching up with old friends. I think the best part about it is the location being right on the ocean and right in the middle of the cute little town Cayucos. We could walk to the beach and also to all the shops and restaurants .Only one complaint is the construction going on next-door would start at 7 AM in the morning and it was impossible to sleep in.”

“My family and I loved our stay at this amazing home in Avila Beach. The home was a short walk to all the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Loved the cleanliness of the home, the new modern layout, and the spa with the rooftop view. We will definitely be coming back next time we stay in Avila.Make sure to bring a compact vehicle if you plan to park in the garage, it was a very tight fit for our minivan.”

“This was the perfect place to get away from everything and be with family. The location couldn’t be better and the space was very comfortable. Beautiful views in every direction, and bam, the beach and wharf is right there. Of note, we had our elderly mom and my husband with us who doesn’t walk very well and there are a couple sets of stairs to get to the second story. They were able to with assistance, but something to be aware of if you have anyone in your party with ADA limitations....

“We have never stayed in a mobile / tiny home cabin so it was outside our normal. The "cabin" we stayed in was small but functional. There are hiking trails around the property, swimming pool, and other activities within the campground. Easy driving distance to Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, and Port San Luis. The reception staff are gracious and very welcoming. An awesome two day stay for my spouse and self. ”
