A spacious natural terrace where a century old oak tree stands and its wide branches provides shade during the hot summer. It is in a unique position, in front of you a breathtaking view of the blue Adriatic Sea with its strange fishing machines called “Trabocchi”, a peculiar characteristic of our coastline that extends to Vasto.
Externally the apartment has a spacious wooden porch which leads to the entrance. There is a cozy open space, a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxation area. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and two bathrooms which make up the sleeping area.
The villa is surrounded by olive groves typical of this area. It has a television, air conditioning and a washing machine. Bed linens and towels are provided.
