“We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

“My son was playing in the 12U Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament and I needed a place for me and my parents to stay that would let us get to him quickly and yet have a spot that was more than just a hotel room. I found this widnefuk small home and it was just about the best VRBO I’ve ever booked! The property was clean and beautiful and the check-in process was simple. “The cottage was the perfect size for our family. It was decorated so beautifully, and well stocked with everything we needed. Location, 4.5 out of 5 15-20 minutes from Dreams Park during daylight, slower at night due to winding roads and the need to slow down for wild animals. “In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. “I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out. Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely. The host was awesome, very quick with responses. He even followed up on s question to make sure it was settled”
