Lyxhotell i Rhodos

“We believe that the suite with shared pool we booked was a family room when there were two beds in the living room instead of a couch group. We were offered another room after we talked to the manager but even in that suite there were two beds in the living room, which is strange since this hotel is only for adults and then preferably couples. The beach is not close, from our room at the top of the area, it was 1,8 kilometers and it’s mostly down that distance. There was nowhere when we booked...

“Jag måste tyvärr säga att min vistelse på detta hotell var en av de mest besvikande upplevelser jag har haft på ett femstjärnigt hotell. Hotellet i sig är fint och cirka 20 minuters promenad från Lindos stad. Tyvärr är det där de positiva aspekterna slutar. Servicenivån på hotellet är långt ifrån vad man kan förvänta sig av ett femstjärnigt hotell. Vid frukosten upplevde jag flera problem, jag fick fel beställning flera gånger i rad trots att min förfrågan var mycket enkel, en omelett tillagad...

“Good location in quiet area, still very close to town, beach and buses. Had a (very expensive) suite for a week, nice room but dated and in need of speedy refresh, upgrade and improvements. Broken glass-doors, curtains felt like from the 80s (and unclean), fridge was so small you could not press a water-bottle in, quite big balcony but just 2 uncomfy cheap chairs, nowhere to hang wet towels and swimwears. Breakfast room to small for all guests, not enough tables to accommodate all guests,...

“Hotellet är en fantastisk hotell för vuxna. Den är inte lika fantastisk för barn, då den inte är riktigt anpassad. Restaurangerna erbjöd på mycket gott. Det var jobbigt att vistas i den stora matsalen, då denna har hög tak och det var högljudd. Det som var bäst var café med de bästa servitörerna Maria och Josefine. Barerna var underbara och Elias var absolut den bästa bartender. ”
