So this is a summary of the night in the Riverside room, where we stayed in a luxurious riverside room - with sofas 3 meters from the Zambezi river shore. For an Scandinavian - this is so exotic! “We stayed here for 4 nights, and this is our second stay at the hotel and this is the only hotel in Lusaka we would stay in. We stayed in the double room with separate kitchen and lounge and is well worth the additional cost. The room is spacious very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The kitchen has the basics to allow you to prepare food, but you do have to ask if you want knives as they are not left in the draws. “What a wonderful stay! This unique eco-lodge is lovingly built with so many fun and artistic features. We really enjoyed the cool sleep and outdoor shower but the grounds are quiet and picturesque too. The staff is beyond attentive and helped us book a safari day at Chobe as well, for a very reasonable price. The restaurant menu is a bit limited but it’s so close to everything that it’s easy to find some variety nearby. We will be recommending Munga to everyone! And we hope next time we come to...

“The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The executive tent was nice. The safari game drives were very good. Our guide, Robert, was very knowledgeable and a joy to spend time with. The "continental breakfast" was good but the food was cold as it was served outside and our mornings were chilly. For those wanting to have some adult coctails be aware that they do not serve alcohol or allow it outside of your room.”
