“This lovely old hotel has both a gracious staff and classical Mexican accommodations. The furnishings highlight old world charm and exquisite taste. There is wonderful artwork throughout the property, and the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are beautifully appointed, and the staff took excellent care of us. Breakfast was so delicious and filling that we couldn’t eat again until dinner. One of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in.”

“Needs a certain renovation ex the curtains. There is a falling wall in the beach. I was told no to use the services because my band was obsolet (I had just arrived)! A person in the kitchen did not allow me to serve my food because it was 3 minutes to the time. I was told to leave my plate and leave the place!! The beach is amazing. The rest of the staff was kind. Nice food. If you want to rest, this is not the place. The music was horrible and such a high volume from 9 to 2 a.m. Never a quiet...

“This is a great hotel for long or short stays in Merida. If you have a car it’s perfect but if you look for a walk to the city center it is a bit far away. Overall the hotel is in excellent standard with a modern touch. The staff is very helpful and the amenities are good. Consider this is more focused for long stays so there is no restaurant in the hotel. The only negative is the breakfast which is the same every day. ”
