“The hotel opened 7 weeks ago and they have put a lot of effort in good food and a beautiful interior as well as exterior. The staff is well educated even though you can see they are new at the hotel. They are all friendly and keen to fulfill all your needs. They are still building some villas next to the hotel which is a bit uncomfortable with construction noice close to the breakfast restaurant and the adult pool. “The facility is clean. Beach and pool areas are beautiful and are well attended. We ate at the two on-site restaurants (BLT Steakhouse and Casa Nonna). The receptionists at both places were overwhelmed, slow in seating us and not warm even though the restaurants were not full. At Casa Nonna, our entrees arrived 1.5 hours after we sat down. We have been to several Ritz Carlton properties and always raved about the services. We felt this one was the least pleasant experience. ”
