“Yes, this home is every bit as cozy & comfy as described! Immediately felt its charm. Beautiful view of the water from the sliding glass doors. Pine Tree Inn for a meal is less than 5 min. away. “House was great , very clean and updated. Sleeping was all in one big room, beds were very comfortable. Parking with snowmobile trailer was a little tight, but it worked out ok. I would stay here again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this cottage in Old Forge. Driveway was plowed so it was easy for us (2 trucks) to park. Cottage was very nice, this was our 2nd stay there. Directions for use of items in the cottage were listed and posted. We look forward to a 3rd stay next year! ”

“A nice cozy cabin. It is all one room, so that’s something to keep in mind if you are looking for a separate bedroom. It’s right on a main route, so it’s easy to find. Close enough to Thendara/ Old Forge to get what you need or go out, but still in the woods. Lots of nice hiking nearby and cabin was super comfortable for two. ”

“Could have been a 5 star rating but:1. we had to shovel 5 inches of snow from walkway and deck to get in the house2. Very small amount of toilet paper. Had to go to the store the first evening we arrived. 3. The request to leave an empty dishwater, beds stripped, garbage removed AND to take with us, and floors vacuumed and swept was a bit much. The house is very cute, comfortable and in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. ”
