“If rustic charm is on your bucket list, the Kittle House is brimming it….older floorboards, wooden beams, and a copper ceiling in the taproom. There are modern amenities alongside older fixtures….that plumbing (3/4”?) provides a powerful shower! We stayed during the holidays, and the inn was decorated beautifully. Continental breakfast included. This hotel services an area in Westchester that has few options for lodgings. Fortunately, this inn is a wonderful option.”

“This apartment is clean, cozy, comfortable and nicely updated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. It was easy to communicate with the hosts, and it’s in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Metro North station. ”

When searching for a hotel, I made sure that it checks the following condition: located in Rockland county, have a queen/king sized bed, has a bar and restaurant in hotel, and the hotel room to have a bath tub. “We stayed at the Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain. It was beautiful, despite the snowy weather and cold! The main lodge was also very nice and we ate there for both dinner and breakfast. If you stay in the Overlook Lodge, don't stay in Rm. 201. There is a nearby heavy fire door that slams shut and will not let you rest or sleep. Thankfully, we were able to move to a new room away from the door. I hope the hotel fixes that soon.”

"Very nice hotel ! Close to downtown Stamford and trainstation . Perfect room . Good breakfast . Very nice staff especially the two ladies in the reception , Rachel and Tanjee ! Everything was perfect ."

"Very bad when we should check in and our european mastercard didnt work, although we already paid for the whole stay they didnt want to let us check in and not accepted cash so we had to solve it on a late night or sleep outside. Worst treatment ever, and we had 3 kids with us and everyone was very tired of a long flight. "
