“In this condition, it should be a $85 ngt. cabin. A can of paint, new carpets & tile or linoleum can go e long way. Entrance to the lodge introduces you to what awaits you. Property can still serve a budget oriented clientele, but investments must be made immediately.”

“My friend and I had an amazing time. The views from the window were incredible. The space was roomy and beautiful furnished. The outdoor hot tub was very enjoyable. Overall it was a great couple of days away in the quiet of upstate NY. We also checked out the local goat sanctuary and did a winter hike with the goats which was such a fun experience.
