“Modern resort with strong Puerto Banus vibes. Porto Montenegro as an area is newly developed and growing with lots of luxury residences, hotels and restaurants. Best area to stay in in Tivat. Hotel amenities and services were great, friendly and hospitable staff, great common areas, amazing breakfast (and breakfast hostess was so friendly!). Pool area is (a bit too) large and lounge poolside music was way to loud to be relaxing. We loved our stay but will sadly not return due to the clientele....

“Beautiful hotel with stunning views over the sea and mountains. Very peaceful location. The hotel offers a taxi boat every hour for €5 which takes you to nearby towns Igalo and Herceg Novi. The food was surprisingly varied and tasty- definitely exceeded our expectations. Rooms were clean with good air conditioning. The only negative thing about the hotel is the ridiculous number of stairs and hills. We stayed in the garden view rooms which are at the top of the hill. The pool/sea/restaurant...

“Wonderful hotel, staff super friendly and attentive. Stayed here for a week. I’d recommend getting a car to visit nearby kotor, tivat and other sites Montenegro has to offer. If you’re staying at the hotel parking is free. I’d recommend the restaurants around the hotel as well. ”

“We had a wonderful 7-night-stay at MonteBay Perla. Perfect location for a family trip (5km outside of Kotor, with a little beach right in the front of the hotel), nice and kind staff, free parking at the hotel (very practical as we learned that parking can be a nightmare around the Bay, at least in July), magical view from the restaurant, the room was fresh, spacey and clean (we had a Junior Suite in the upper building) with a nice, big balcony. “Nice hotel in the middle of Kotor's old town. Very helpful staff (got a lot of good tips and upgraded to a nicer room). Tasty local breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel is located in the very noisy area, a lot of night clubs and pubs located just outside the hotel so it is noisy during the night (until 1am or even longer). The hotel provided us earplugs so after the first bad night, other nights were more comfy. ”

“Hotellet ligger högt upp på berget och utsikten är helt magisk. Bada i infinitypoolen med utsikten framför är helt underbart. Frukosten är utmärkt. Rummen är rena och personalen är super trevliga. Skulle kanske inte rekommendera denna hotell för familj med små barn då det råder en väldig lugn atmosfär på hotellet.”

“The staff was excellent. They surprised me with a bottle of wine and dessert for my birthday and went out of their way numerous times to make us feel special. The room was very well appointed and had a separate space my wife could do some work when needed. "En fantastisk upplevelse med otrolig bra service. Vi fick dessutom en surprise upgradering till Spa Wellness Suite, vilket förhöjde upplevelsen. Hotellet har verkligen allt, spa, beachbar, restauranger, och bärt att nämna ör att frukosten är toppklass. Champagne erbjudes på helgerna. "

Urusul service & någon stjärna för mycket

"Hotellets service är tyvärr ej godkänd. Vi levde utan vatten i rummet utan kompensation i 1.5 dygn. Vårt rum låg ca 10min från lobbyn så var vaksam vid bokning. 1 av 2 hissar var ur funktion hela vår vecka och rulltrappor var ofta ur funktion. Personalen bjuder sällan på ett leende eller visar på angemang för service oavsett ärende och plats. Ända positiva är deras position som är mycket bra. "
