“There has been some very nice upgrades since our last stay. We absolutely love this location. Very secluded and so cozy. We’ve only been here in winter but would love to come when the snow is gone so we can see the unique property decorations.”

“We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted...

Place is adorable, we weren’t planning on spending the whole weekend but immediately after arriving we knew we had to spend more time. Maryann is great, very responsible and makes everything easy. House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. Easy place to stay and enjoy the beauty that upstate NY offers.”

“No yard. no water view through the trees. the busy highway was 20 feet from the front door. Heard traffic all night. Not clean. Communication very poor with owner. Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm. Didn’t get code to the door until almost 6pm. ”
