“We stayed at the Arnold family home for a few days to hike in the Adirondacks’ fall foliage. The house was beautiful! The perfect location, not too far of a drive from any of our hikes (three brother and Phelps). The layout of the home was perfect for our family of mixed ages (50all the way down to 3 months). We hope to visit again next year! Perhaps a bit longer to get to enjoy the peaceful property around the home.”

“Everything was easy about our stay: the location was ideal to pop over to the VIC for some XC skiing; kitchen was adequately set with pans, tools, etc.; easy trips to Saranac Lake and Lake Placid for restaurants.The big surprise was the AMAZING sunrise views of Whiteface and the MacKenzie Mountains.”

“This recently renovated hotel is a gem, perfectly located near both Lake Placid (12 minutes) and Whiteface (5 minutes). The modern upgrades provide a comfortable and cozy stay, while the kind, attentive, and accessible manager (Keith) who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome (including upgrading our room, helping us make reservations for dinner and offering rides). A fantastic choice for convenience and excellent service!”

“We enjoyed stay at ADK cottage with our family. Everything what we needed. Nice kitchen, lots of space. Very responsive host. We were during the snowstorm, the tractor came multiple times a day to clean the road. This quiet place and far from everything. But we enjoyed it and made trips to Lake Placid to dine out.”
