Wd had one of the more exensive rooms but the toilet was leaking, the fridge didn't work properly, we could hear the neighbours talking and snoring and the noise from the terrace lasted untill 10 pm. But the views on the vulcanoes are spectacular and the staff is serviceminded and friendly.”

BUT In the Mount Ruapehu region this is a good as it gets - Excellent service quality, polite and correct staff, good room quality... etc... - The only thing we could ask for on top of everything else delievered would be a breakfast-buffet. But this is most certainly a "margin comment".... .... All-in-all, This is a good as it gets in the Mount Ruapehu area... :-)”

“This property is in a lovely, mostly quiet, residential area not far from restaurants and shops. (Some neighbors seemed to be gearing up for a party one night but all was quiet by 9:30 PM.) The walk to the business district was pleasant and less than 1 mile. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The room and surroundings were clean and comfortable, fine for the price.
