“The location of the hotel is awesom but the hotel needs an update urgently. Wd had one of the more exensive rooms but the toilet was leaking, the fridge didn't work properly, we could hear the neighbours talking and snoring and the noise from the terrace lasted untill 10 pm. But the views on the vulcanoes are spectacular and the staff is serviceminded and friendly.”

“This was suitable place for a one night stay whilst travelling. Affordable. Little noisy if you were a light sleeper as it’s on the main highway. “Get me right guys - Thos Hotel does not compare with five star hotels in big cities like Singapore, HongKong or London... BUT In the Mount Ruapehu region this is a good as it gets - Excellent service quality, polite and correct staff, good room quality... etc... - The only thing we could ask for on top of everything else delievered would be a breakfast-buffet. But this is most certainly a "margin comment".... .... All-in-all, This is a good as it gets in the Mount Ruapehu area... :-)”

“This property was older but clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable the sheets crispy clean. I rang ahead to let the staff know we’d be late, they were very accommodating. No surprises here was exactly what I was expecting, we appreciated a place to stay for the night after halfway through a long trip. ”
