“This was a one-night stay for us to attend a funeral in a remote area. It was in a good location that offered everything we needed. Room was quiet and large. Bed was firm and while we did sleep all night, it was "crinkly" and super firm. The spider webs that greeted us outside in front of the door were yukky but didn't affect the inside. Towels are terrible. Thin and almost thread bare enough that we used the "bath" towel provided and the hand towel to dry off with. Invest some $ in new...

“I wanted to be out in the country but feel safe at the same time. This was just the ticket. It is in a country setting, but being close to the main house I felt very safe and secure. The cottage is a small one, but for one or two people it is just perfect. It is a perfect quiet get away when you just want to absorb nature and the quiet.”

“i have never had such a quiet time wlhen staying at a lake home. we ha d the use of kayaks and canoe to paddle on the lake. a dock to swim off deck to sun our selves. our daughter and our grand children were with us. they went hiking at arcadia park and at baxter state park. but the camp made the whole thing it was just as advertised.”

“We loved the location of this property. We have our own kayaks and we loved how easy it was to get them in and out of the water. We also enjoyed sitting on the wraparound porch where there is a nice breeze coming off of the other lake across the street. The kitchen is recently renovated and the bedrooms are nice and cozy. I have also never seen a place so well stocked with firewood. Property managers are ver friendly and helpful. 10/10.”
