“The property is very nicely maintained. Pool is small but clean. I stayed at the Classic room which was in the original house. Room was big but unfortunately very dark. Windows don't open. Otherwise, the room has everything. Good tea bags. The food at the hotel was good but they charge a lot of money for tax and service fee. That could be avoided. Food was tasty. Breakfast was simple but same thing every day. I recommend a variety and more Sri Lankan choices since this is a heritage hotel. The...

“Property was great and staff were very kind and attentive. Anytime we asked for anything they were quick to respond weather it was towels/toilet paper or laundry. Would highly recommend! ”

“Very good service and friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and big enough. Bed was comfortable and bathroom OK. The pool was clean and deck chairs was comfortable. Towels supplied at the pool. Breakfast was OK. We had dinner a couple of nights and all we had was really good and plentiful. Location is a bit off so you need a drive to get to the center of town. But it is quiet. The only real drawback was that they don't serve any alcohol, not even beer.”
