“Bathrooms need some work for the price paid, the facility was a little below standard. Do not mind paying the higher price but I want what I pay for, did not feel that way at check out. Mainly the bathroom was the problem, shower door would not close and toilet would not flush for the majority of the stay.”

“Bra hotell mycket nära Bourbon Street med bra poolområde. Svindyr parkering där man får lämna ifrån sig bilnycklarna till personalen, men efter att ha kört ett extra varv genom French Quarter hittade vi ingen billigare parkering. Nästa gång bor vi nog längre ut för att slippa betala 40 dollar / natt för parkering. ”

“Check in was easy, since I booked the hotel room through Hotels.com. The room was clean except the bathroom floor. It was waxy and our shoes slipped. I cleaned the floor myself with soap and water and that helped. We had ask the front desk to ask housekeeping for anything extra, like clean towels, extra kleenex and trash bags. “Overall a good stay. All interactions with the staff were friendly and accommodating. The lobby and common areas were nice but the rooms could use a bit of an update/refresh. There was some noisy times of day, but to be expected in a downtown area. We enjoyed the connivence of taking the elevators right into the mall area, which has nice high end stores. Would recommend to anyone looking to be in a safe area still within walking distance to the heart of the French Quarter. ”
