“This is a horrible hotel. Checkin process was a nightmare, huge lines to the desk and even though we were there at the checkin time we still had to wait an hour to get our room. The staff doesnt speak much english and most of them were'nt very friendly either. They don't honour their own opening hours in the bars or restaurants, which by the way serves very bad food. “Även om hotellet är lite äldre och slitet så är det i ganska bra skick, då det har vissa renoveringar och allt var städat och rent. Pool områdena var bra och vattenparken för barn var väldigt fin. Fin badstrand. Maten var däremot inte så bra, med några undantag för vissa rätter på a la carte restaurangerna. ”

“The Hilton was a nice place on the ocean. The beach was one of the nicest we’ve been too. The facility is still working out some kinks. Nothing major but small things like room service not restocking simple items. (Coffee, sugar, shampoo, mini bar) The buffee restaurant was over crowded with long lines just to get a table for breakfast, didn’t make sense why there would ever be a line but again a small thing. Overall, it was a great place to stay. ”

We had to change our room after first night because it was a connecting door between us and the next room and the neighbors were partying and waking us in the middle of the night.
