“We booked this hotel on the belief and trust that it was genuinely a 4* 'boutique' hotel. Sadly the reality of this property and it's management is far below even average expectation, it belongs deeply in the 'Faulty Towers' category, without the comedy. Following a long day of travel from Sweden to the UK, we arrived at the hotel by private car. “This is a nice newly built hotel so it is very nice and clean! The rooms are very nice with a Scandinavian stylish theme. I missed the oppertunity to stream from my on divices to the TV. It's very odd that there is'nt any way of doing this, especially when it's a brand new hotel!”
