"Excellent hotel centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Smooth check-in and express check-out available. Rooms spacious enough, the bed was very comfortable despite it being a tad small (we booked a queensize)... hubby and I fitted well though. Other reviewers have complained on noises but I do not think this hotel was noisier than any other hotels I've stayed at (I travel quite a lot). I rested very well and could only hear other guests occasionally when they passed by in the corridor. Breakfast has plenty of nice options. The guests were seated by a staff member and there was staff serving the warm food as well as brought coffee/tea to the table which made the whole experience smooth without unnecessary queuing (which could happen when there are many guests at the breakfast at the same time). I will definitely consider returning to this hotel next time in London."

"Our second stay at this hotel, three nights this time. Best location, superfriendly staff, good breakfast and vomfy rooms. The only drawback this time was the extra bed for my daughter (11), it was hard and the metal springs could be felt. My bed was pretty hard too but ok to sleep in. "

"Great stay! Very good location, a few steps from the big ben! We got the three people room which was spacious and comfortable. We got lucky and had the pool and sauna to ourselves! Very good stay, I would totally come back! Hotels usually are difficult to find in London but this one was a great experience."
