“Helt ok boende och fräsch restaurang och trevlig personal men restaurangmaten helt kass. Blev serverad rå fisk förmodligen microvärmd. Frukosten däremot som serverades i samma lokaler var väldigt bra. Hotellets läge var avskild och låg mitt i ett stort shoppingcentra.”

“Our stay at Palacio de Pujadas was nothing less than GREAT. We arrived one day later due a flight delay and they were very nice understanding and accommodating. We asked an extra fan to our room bc it was really warm and in less 10 min the fan was there. All the staff work together as a team as they share the reception and the bar/restaurant and they are simply amazing, all of them. I don't speak Spanish and they tried to help any chance they had. Highly Highly recommend.”

“Julian’s place was perfect. He is also a wonderful host. He was easy to communicate with, gave us very helpful advices before, during and after our stay. He left us an amazing welcome gift too. We recommend his place without any hesitation.”

“Casa amigable para grupos, cómoda y práctica. Bien ubicada para salir a dar paseos y próxima a sitios de interés gastronómico y vinícola. ”

“No one there to check me in at check in time so I called after 30 minutes of waiting.. the lady showed me a room that had an adjoining shared bathroom but had no door to the bedroom so anyone could wander in! Then eventually took me to a more suitable room.. when I asked if my Camino buddy could use one bed (there were 3)! She requested an extra €50!!! The room cost me €48 so we declined!! Decor was very tired and shabby but better than some of the municipal albergues..”

“Une maison très confortable, bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Garde la fraîcheur pas temps de canicule ! On vous la recommande vivement.”

“This small hotel is just 1k off the Camino trial, Martin the owner will come and pick you up in his van at a time to suit you . I rang him when I got to Torres del Rio and he was with me in 5minutes. He took me back for a Pilgrims meal but will cook for you if you want. At Breakfast which he cooked and served we had the most amazing coffee. I would throughly recommend this traditional small hotel.”

“It is NOT in Los Arco's. You cannot walk the 2 miles because it is on the highway and is illegal and dangerous. No one speaks English. They claim to have a free shuttle service to town, they do not. They lied about the free taxi. They got the times wrong about what they said was a free shuttle/ taxi. Kept everyone waiting in reception for 45 minutes for the service to town on the morning. This was awful motel do not go there and I would like a refund on the 36 euros that it cost me for taxis in...

"Toppen hotell. Inredningsmässigt kanske inte det nyaste men rena rum och helt ok sängar. Hotellet är mitt emot ett stort shoppingcenter vilket är perfekt om man bara ska vara där 1-2 dagar då man kan köpa på sig lite och äta mat genom att gå tvärs över gatan. Finns även parkering under hotellet så bilen parkerar du säkert. "

Avoid This Hotel If Booking via Hotels.com

"We recently stayed at this hotel, traveling with our 8-month-old baby, and while the room itself was excellent, our experience was significantly marred by the hotel's self-service systems. The check-in, garage payment, and check-out processes were all supposed to be seamless, but none of them worked due to an integration issue with Hotels.com. We needed a specific internal booking reference from Hotels.com that we did not have access to, leading to repeated calls to the hotel's support. This was both inconvenient and irritating, especially with a young baby in tow. Despite the comfort of the room, the constant technical issues and lack of smooth self-service made our stay quite stressful. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone booking through Hotels.com until these issues are resolved."
