“The Rusty Barn is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful, peaceful and so comfy! The host contacted me the day of our arrival which was nice. Then she met us there and gave us a little tour of the place. She had candles burning and cupcakes for us since my hubby and I have the same birthday. It was so sweet. Hospitality is top notch. She also has a cute gift shop there to get some souvenirs. We can’t wait to go back! ”

“Tucked back off of the road, it’s a charming little out of the way place to get away too! Beautiful view of the decks and the hummingbirds are fun to watch while you take in the view!”

“We booked just 2 nights at Garrett’s Cowboy Cabin and wish we’d stayed longer! Easy check-in and departure process. Lots of privacy. Great lake for fishing, though it was very cool in December. I caught a bass right away in the short time we spent enjoying the lake. We’re talking to our kids about booking together for some family fun time in the future! ”

“Secluded cabins that were extremely clean. Comfy bed. 9 hole disc golf course. Comfortable bath house and "outhouse". Easy check in with the owner. Owner was also very knowlegeable of the area.”

“We loved it here! There were so many beds. Hallway bathroom needs to be remodeled or switch out tub.”

“The home was clean however the photos did not reflect the aging of the home and it did have a musty smell upon arrival. The property manager promptly answered any questions regarding our stay. We would stay at the property again.”

“The stay was awful. People partying all night and being loud. If I didn't already paid for the room we would have went further on to Hugo to find a room. The place smelled bad. I went to the store to buy air freshener. Plus the the owners liked to watch and record people from their window. We didn't even feel safe leaving our stuff in the room. So, we packed up every day.”
