“The property is as advertised. It's updated pretty well. The hosts are quick to respond to questions and very helpful and friendly. It was very quiet even when there were people staying in the unit adjacent.The kitchen has a keurig coffee maker that also makes a full pot, plenty of utensils, and basic spices for cooking along with the pots and pans and dishes and cups. The alliances are all pretty new and work well, and the full size washer and dryer is great.A few negatives. The back door...

“We are 5 families who get together every 2 or 3 years, rent a house, and have a blast. This property seemed to be custom fit for us. Every room has a bathroom. The kitchen was never crowded. There are plentiful common areas to hang out and lots to do. The water was great. Do be prepared to walk over 100 steps from the kitchen to the water. The only negative mark is for the big metal hinge that connects the dock to gangway...it is as slick as ice and a couple of us went down hard...grip tape is...
