“Staff are frendly but i got bed bug bite all over my body~!! And the place is not quite that place on the map. It is more southen place and it is so far from okavanggo delt gate. If you are ok to sleep with bed bug, i recommend the place”

“When we checked in we were told that our payment had not been received by the hotel. We tried to call the call centre but after about an hour on the phone we still didn’t have any answers. So we had to pay again. Someone stole our money!!! I am still trying to get to the bottom of it but have had no luck as of yet. ”

“The location is good as only a 10 mins walk from the government enclave however in the same block there is a tavern/bar that closed at 10:30 PM on Sunday night. That was quite annoying. The TV was only showing DSTV ads channel, nothing lhese. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and WIFI was fast enough. Overall, if you just need to put your head down and do not mind the background noise till a bit late, it is a good option price and location wise.”

“Refused to check me in, even though I'd prepaid. Asked me to pay again as they had problems receiving reimbursement from website. After lengthy discussion I was allowed to stay but they then said breakfast wasn't included - although my booking included this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kept me waiting in 37 degrees heat after a 5-hour drive there, and wouldn't let me sit down or have drink of water initially.”

“stayed 2 night, kind staffs, continental breakfast, was ok but not much more than that.. room was clean with great air con. The location is a bit of, had hard time to get right, when arriving late..”
