“My sister's and I stayed here Nov 22-24, 2024 and the BNB had everything we needed, even complimentary coffee! Pull-out couch was nice for watching cozy movies together. The hot tub was large, extra hot even throughout a frigid day, and well maintained. We feared our large truck (GMC Sierra) wouldn't clear the parkade but it did, and was so nice to have a secure, warm space for the vehicle. “We stayed here for 4 nights. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The park pass and bear spray was a very nice addition. Communication was prompt and thorough. The bedroom/bathroom configuration was exactly what we needed. Happy to have fans in both bedrooms and next to the pull out couch. I would stay there again. ”

“Nice facility, clean, safe and secure. All things you would want in a place to stay. 20-25 minutes from Banff, 10 minutes to Canmore. For us, the drive was worth the money saved.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this suite. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean with welcoming decor and special touches. “All was good. You might want to change out the dining table chairs as they are wiggly and not safe for heavy guys like me. I broke one of those chairs last year when we stayed there. Also the dishwasher did not operate for us. These are just minor issues which did not effect our great stay at your complex, but if someone doesn't let you know then hard for you to fix. Thanks again and Happy New Years. We will definitely book again with you..!!”

“Very comfortable for our group (3 adults and 3 teens). We appreciated the good quality mattresses, even on the sofa bed. The property is immediately outside the Banff park entry, so it was convenient for enjoying skiing and other outdoor activities in Banff and Lake Louise. The property owner is helpful and promptly responsive. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it highly.”

“Everything is like the pictures. It is a lovely place, and the host is very friendly. We had a very nice New Year stay.The place was recently renovated, and some kind of paint smell was still there, nothing extreme, understandable, but not too bad as to bother or worry us.”

"Standard room was terrible. Not possible to open the window. Window facing a small hot tub area, very limited daylight. Air quality was bad in the room, not for anyone with allergy or asthma. Ac working but very loud. Will never stay here again. "

"Trevligt hotell och mycket bra bemötande. Ligger i centrala delen av Banff. Bra parkering i Hotellet. Lite ljud från knarrande golv. Trång toalett och dusch men rymligt badrum med badkar. "
