“Staff was friendly, rooms are clean and cozy, excellent view of the beach it’s very close to the airport, however far from downtown now the hotel food was just alright the portions are very small with a huge price. Enjoyable stay!”

“The properties were beautiful, love the pool, the beach, but that was what I expected for my room. Their room and bathroom needs to be more upgrades. Also i had credit of $150 that i could use i didn't know about. So i was sbouy to check out that when the lasy told me, I asked if can used it now to buy stuffs and she no. I spent so much money in thete and my daughter got sick, i feel the room was very congested in there.”

“Loved our week at RUI. The staff was friendly and welcoming from minute 1. Facility was clean and well maintained. We tried all the restaurants and they were all great. Spent time in pools and on beach and at the shows several times. They even decorated the room and left a birthday cake for my friend. Area around the resort was also nice and walkable to marina for excursions. ”

“Great place by the water with some nice all-iclusive choices. Superb pizza daytime. Tricky with restarants choices only a few days in advance in the morning when you go on early tours before the booking opens. Bars are a bit boring and have too few seats. Central for boat tours and island ferries. Rooms are nice and practical with desk for work. Views are great. ”

“This was a popular all-inclusive hotel. It offered endless food and drinks! The staff were efficient and the facilities were taken care of. The activities were average and there was beach access (but no fish to snorkel with). The only thing that was a challenge was the distance to excursions, although the local bus was easy to get to and use! ”

“Everything was great! Very friendly staff who took excellent care of the grounds and surrounding areas. My only complaint is the beds could be a bit more comfortable. They were not great to sleep on for five nights.”

“I took this vacation with my daughter and loved that we felt safe and everything we needed was within walking distance and everything was very clean. The staff was so very nice and helpful. I do think they could benefit from having more options for food and definitely more entertainment options for families with teens in the evening that don’t want to leave the resort. ”

“Everything was right there. Really didn’t have to leave property if you didn’t want to. The staff is wonderful. Checkin was long, only one person checking guests in. ”
