“The executive suite at The Inn was absolutely gorgeous, probably the nicest room we have ever stayed in, with an amazing view! However, we didn't sleep great because the bed was particularly uncomfortable, which is a shame because everything else was perfect!”

“Our experience was amazing. The room was so cosy, clean and warm. A beautiful bath with gorgeous toiletries supplied. The owner and son were so friendly and helpful. They have a dry room which was great for our hiking gear. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel, b&b or guest houses. Will definitely be back again. ”

“We love this place. Have been there 3 times with our dogs. Walking them is so easy there is a large green area just outside or a walkway around the estate, just what you need early morning and bedtime. The staff are great they are professional courteous and friendly. Emma the manageress is a joy and works really hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. The chef also needs a shout also, the meals are top class. ”

“What an amazing hostel! Perfect location and lovely building, The panelled lounge full of lovely leather sofas, books and a roaring fire was particularly fine. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the beer was good and the full english veggie breakfast the ideal precursor to some stiff walking. ”

“I stayed in found floor room. Looked tired and is need of decorating. Shower was adequate-plenty of hot water but not very powerful. Windows needed cleaning. Room on whole was clean although stain on duvet cover. Bed comfy. Not staff at hotel so you had to phone through to another hotel for assistance. No food available and a list of take away places for breakfast. ”

Hot shower was also good with its downpour in a jungle type fittings. Room2, right by the stairs but not at all noisy. “On arrival was concerned as there was wedding taking place at the hotel, lots of people. We were greeted by Rose on reception who was friendly and informative. We stayed in room 111 which had a wonderful view of the sea and st bees head, I found this to be very impressive, the room was comfortable with heating and tea making facilities. The condition was good but not perfect, but not less than you’d expect from the price and general appearance of the place. The food in the restaurant was great and decently priced. I liked that the pub was crowded with people not staying at the inn, which to me is a proof of quality. I’m not gonna write a whole lot more about this place because I want to keep it for myself :)"
