The location is excellent--away from traffic, easy to get to, quiet neighborhood overall, and easy to get to hiking, Ramona and wineries. The unit was pretty cold and the wall combo A/C-heater was loud and not the easiest to control temp. There were two cobwebs on the ceiling with current residents, and the tub wouldn't drain. The latter issue turned out to be a fair amount of hair clogging the drain, which my wife fished out with her fingers and left on the tub (we have a photo). There was a stove and on it was a dual hot plate, so not sure if the stove worked or they just wanted to provide options for two more burners--we didn't use either one. They mentioned they had a dog and normally that isn't an issue, but this one barked quite often making it the only loud part of the neighborhood. We bought K-cups for the Keurig, but it doesn't work properly, producing something akin to slightly dirty water. However, there was a coffee machine in the closet, ground coffee, and paper towels to use as filters. The hosts left a few beers in the fridge, which although we didn't partake was quite nice.
