“We had such a nice stay and only wish it had been longer! Enrico & Simona were excellent hosts and we loved the cooking class they did for us and our 3 college students who learned to make pasta for the first time. The views are spectacular and it’s a perfect location for trips to the many surrounding towns and wineries. We’d love to come back in the summer and stay longer!”

“We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy. This villa worked for our large group of family and friends. Nicola was informative and kept in contact with us making sure our stay was good. We took advantage of Lorenzo and his wine tour and dinner services- it was an amazing experience.”

“I wish we could have stayed longer; such a beautiful location. The villa was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed meals prepared by Serena twice during our visit; she cooked multi-course dinners that were delicious. Highly recommend the property and Serena’s cooking. We look forward to going back!”

“We loved our stay at this authentic farmhouse ! The family was very , very warm and welcoming and attentive to our needs / questions. If you don’t have a car ( we didn’t ) you need transport and we had a driver / tour one day . We loved the home cooked meals by Barbara and the pre- stocked groceries. It is quite bare bones - don’t expect any paper towels , any extras at all , not even those you might expect past guests have left . There is literally nothing provided so you must purchase ....

“100% recommend this place. Fantastic views from the garden over the classic tuscany fields. Very nice pool area also with fantastic views. Only negative thing was poor wifi signal due to the walls of stone and a couple more baking trays to the oven would be nice. Other than that very very nice house.”

“Stunning property exactly as advertised. We spent days traveling to hill towns and nights enjoying wine at the villa. “The villa was a beautiful home to send our our time in Tuscany, Italy. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and baths. We had a special meal cooked by a local chef, Rachel. The kitchen worked well for the cooking, and for our breakfasts. The scenery was just breathtaking, and it is just as pictures in books looked like. We very much enjoyed our stay.”

“Villa Il Forte is the most incredible setting. It is an incredible historic and luxurious home while being comfortable, spacious and accommodating. Many different spaces to relax, connect and play. Paolo’s team were absolutely amazing. The chef Thomas is so talented while also being wonderfully personable and fun. The driver Fabrizio was so generous and thoughtful. His guides were knowledgeable and friendly. I have already booked it for next year! I can’t wait to go back! ”
