It was great to have a full kitchen to prepare meals. I didn't use them, but the washer and dryer would have been handy if needed. About a mile away from the city wall, blocks from the Plains.

Great location
We chose the place because it was close to where the carnaval parade on Grande Allée started. It was perfect after spending the afternoon showing our granddaughter of 5 all the nice things to see and do at the carnaval. We could them return to the cosy appartement to want up and relax. We really enjoyed it

Great location
Situated adjacent to the bus line and Plains of Abraham/museum this was a perfect location to explore Quebec City. Parking was a huge plus and apartment was well-equipped for cooking. Host responded quickly and was very helpful!

Confortable et bien situé
Nous avons loué cet appartement, car nous assistions à une formation à Québec. Nous étions donc absentes durant le jour. Cela dit, l'appartement est bien équipé et confortable. C'est à la fois silencieux et très bien situé (à quelques minutes à pieds de la rue Cartier et près des Plaines d'Abraham). François est venu nous voir pour nous donner des indications pour améliorer notre confort en période de grande chaleur. Quelle belle attention. Merci pour un séjour qui s'est parfaitement déroulé.

Awesome I like the fact that François and his wife have a very clean and organized and bright space but even more so they are very smart in the way they supply the kitchen items and other things in the suite. It makes a huge difference for people like me who are OCD :)

Québec short stay
I travelled with my spouse and adult daughter. This apartment met all our expectations for separate rooms and appointments. The location was excellent for us as we are walkers, but some might find it a bit far from the old town. That being said, a taxi from the old town to the apartment was very cheap. We had one break down in the apartment and the owner was very quick to respond and the issue was resolved in very short order. I would heartily recommend this property to anyone looking for a more affordable stay in a very nice neighbourhood with access to most of the popular attractions in this city.

MERCI for a wonderful stay...
My wife, my sister and myself rented this little apartment to enjoy the first weekend of the 2020 Quebec Winter Carnaval. Location could not have been better as were within walking distance to the festivities. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely do it again !

I wish our stay was longer
The property manager Francois was great. He was very accommodating. The property was very clean and is 100% as depicted in the pictures. The property is in very close proximity to all the sites. Walking distance, we have 2 small children so we drove mostly. Parking can be tricky but we were very lucky in finding parking around town. I reccomend this property to future guests.

Un agréable séjour à Québec
Les hôtes sont agréables, le logement est propre et tous les équipements s’y trouvent. Le logement est bien placé, le quartier est calme et agréable . Juste à noter du bruit à l’étage la nuit a partir de 4h du matin, c’est peut être ponctuel mais quand même un peu dérangeant . Merci à nos hôtes de leur accueil
