"Väldigt dålig frukost som inte representerar ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Mycket besviken. "

"We had a great stay at Hotel Moresco overall, but unfortunately one of our clothing items went missing from the room worth 100€. We reported it to the front desk and they tried to find it, assuming it was accidentally removed during the cleaning of the room. However the item was never found and no compensation was given. This should be considered as theft as we locked the room when leaving. We did not feel like the hotel manager took this case seriously enough which affects the overall experience with this hotel."

"The staff on the hotel were amazing! Always happy and welcoming! Such a nice hotel with nice pool, good food for lunch and dinner. We loved it!"

"We enjoyed two beautiful days with excellent service and food! Got to experience both restaurants and both were wonderful and memorable. Before dinners we had drinks admiring the sunsets and the atmosphere. Only reason for not giving 5star rating is that our room (a mini suit) did not fully meet expectations. No real view and beginning problems with dampness which we unfortunately could smell."

"A beautiful hotel with great staff, wonderful views and good food - we especially loved the breakfast. The only downside was that due to misunderstanding from both parts we left the hotel without our luggage. Something we did not notice until after a 4 hour car drive to the south of the island. Would have expected a phone call/message from the hotel as soon as they realized that luggage was left, especially as they were to pick it up from the room during our checkout. Instead it was our new hotel who quickly resolved the issue by arranging transport across the island. Aethos never contacted us to ensure all went well or to provide any support, an expectation from a 5star experience in my view."
