“This is truly an oasis. South Italy in the middle of summer is no joke. Extremely hot and not many places offer AC. Thankfully we found this place with AC units in the bedrooms and a pool to cool off in. The host Roberto is extremely accommodating and provides a great conveniences in a traditional Puglia setting. With a bakery right next door this is the perfect place to get away and relax. Highly recommend.”

“Es gibt leider nur eine Klimaanlage im haupthaus und keine weiteren in den Nebengebäuden. Wäre schön wenn im unteren Wohnbereich auch eine wäre oder zumindest in jedem Schlafzimmer .Der einzige große Nachteil an der Unterkunft ist, dass man in der Umgebung (ca 1.5 km radius) weder telefonnetz noch internet hat. Und das haus ist leider sehr schwer zu finden ohne google maps. Ein festnetz wäre angebracht. Zumindest um Hilfe anzufordern falls etwas im Haus passieren sollte. Mit WLAN kommt man da...

“Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Villa. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen war der Pool doppelt toll, die Kinder waren nur schwer dazu zu bewegen das Anwesen zu verlassen. Die Besitzer waren sehr sehr freundlich und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Eine Flasche Prosecco, Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau sowie Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße und Datteln mit Mandeln stehen ebenfalls bereit. Auch die Kätzchen Minou und Romeo haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt. Herzlichen Dank und alles Gute!”

“Abbiamo prenotato questa casa per una settimana nel mese di luglio. Abbiamo trovato una casa pulita e ben arredata, purtroppo tutto il resto non corrispondeva alle nostre esigenze. A pochi passi c‘é una piccola baia che purtroppo é da raggiungere soltanto in discesa tra pietre e scogli, assolutamente non adatto per anziani e bambini, una discesa purtroppo pericolosa. A ca. 200 metri di distanza una spiaggia con il mare cristallino ma molto affollata e non proprio pulita, abbiamo preferito...

“We enjoyed our stay at the Masseria very much. For us, the most important things when searching for houses were pool/outdoor space and that the house was big enough to host all ten of us. The swimming pool was fantastic, we all loved it! And the villa was really big with enough space and we never felt crowded. “Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce trulli très bien agencé et équipé. Décoration de bon gout qui participe au charme de la maison. Beaucoup d'espace pour recevoir et varier les ambiances (tonnelle, petites tables intimistes le long du trulli, terrasse surplombant les oliviers...). Grande parcelle couverte d'arbres (oliviers, figuiers, amandiers, noisetiers, pommiers...), les abords du trulli pourraient être plus fourni en plantes d'agrément avec un éclairage soigné pour rendre l'ensemble...

“Très belle propriété, très bien entretenue, piscine extra. Manque peut-être d’un petit salon dans la maison; pour les jours de pluie il n’y a que la chambre ou les chaises de la cuisine pour se poser. Manque un peu d’intimité, car le propriétaire vérifiait sans arrêt si tout était en ordre et bien géré. Dommage car à part ça il était très sympathique et disponible, il devrait faire plus confiance à ses locataires.”

“What an adorable house, with all amenities, comfortable, lots of outside space, very very clean, and the welcome from Enzo and his lovely wife was special. The beach is only a 4 minute walk from the house and what a spectacular beach it is, the sea is so clear and blue, beautiful. We probably came a little too early in the season as there were few restaurants open and very few people about, however, we had long walks daily and swam when weather permitted. We had a few issues with utilities...
