“Looking at the building condition, this property seems to be very old but maintained as clean as possible. Breakfast was made fresh daily but you get the same items throughout your stay. Staff was really good and helpful. Location is easily accessible by walk to multiple restuarants and condado beach as well. Street parking is available depending on your luck. Overall a good stay.”

“You can still see the luxury and opulence that this mountain estate once represented. We felt it everywhere for the week we stayed. But it was the management that made us feel most special. Ricardo and his family took us in and showed us a type of hospitality that we can only describe as gracious. “This is extremely affordable, but it's not for you if you need a luxury place. No air conditioning for example. But for me who just needed a place to sleep at night it was great. Nice mini fridge in room. Neighborhood fine, lockbox on gate so easy to come and go with code. Extra charge for late arrival. I'm a solo female, and it was fine. ”
