“Weren’t told of any of the amenities when checking in and learned from other staff about cookies, breakfast etc. pool was cloudy due to someone getting sick in it. Room was exceedingly HOT even when we turned off all heat sources. The heat issue plus Bathroom being set for 88 making my wife sick almost every night of our stay. Being just below the fourth floor lounge in 304 meant we hear all the footsteps and activity of equipment on the 4rth floor in the early hours. For 400+ per night...

“When we first checked in and the smell in the lobby was unbearable. It smelled like sewage. The entire first floor was being renovated. That created a lot of noise into the evening.
