“Location great but for the price the standard of the room was really poor. I travel a lot and compared to other rooms this was one of the worst. The AC sounded like it was 50 years old”

“Rooms were immaculate, location is great, just a short distance to Newport shops and restaurants.Hotel provides a shuttle service which makes traveling to Newport easy if you don't want to drive. Staff could not be any helpful and polite.”

“Loved how the room was set up. The little corner fireplace made the room seem so cozy. The night we stayed it was cold and raining out. Also had a large tv. The lobby was really nicely furnished and looked comfortable and inviting. There was an ice machine right near our room in the hall as well as a microwave and extra refrigerator. Warm cookies were available as we returned to our room. Would love to come back to this hotel in the summer. All the furnishings and artwork on the walls were...

“Hotellet ser nedgånget ut utanpå. Men är riktigt fint inuti! Poolen var inte fräsch, många gäster badade samtidigt och vattnet såg smutsigt ut. Bland annat hade en gäst tappat en Pina Colada i poolen som svalpade och löddrade sig i ett hörn. ”

“The accommodations were as good as most upscale hotels - clean, comfortable, etc. but the staff was super. We'll choose the Hyatt again because manager Paul went out of his way on several occasions to be helpful and welcoming. Hope he gets this feedback.”
