âLocation great but for the price the standard of the room was really poor. I travel a lot and compared to other rooms this was one of the worst. The AC sounded like it was 50 years oldâ

âThe welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.â

âWonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. Iâd recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. Iâll definitely be backâ
