“The house was very spacious and had beautiful views. It was about a 10 minute drive into town. We had 2 young children with us and there was plenty to keep them occupied. They loved the trampoline and the game shed with a ping-pong and foosball table. However, the house was not very clean. It had a musty smell, and the sheets and pillows in most of the rooms smelled musty too. One of the bedrooms had wet carpet and smelled so bad that no one could sleep in it. “The property was well presented, a little tired in areas but clean and comfortable. Some areas could do with improvement and basic fixings need replacing. TV’s weren’t connected up so we couldn’t watch tv, sky didn’t work. Netflix only option on main tv in living room. Little things that make a stay better could be easily and cheaply sorted. The house was ideal for a short stay any longer and I’d expect it to be presented better. Bins not emptied outside from previous guests which were all...

“Beautiful setting for the property. Out away from town but just a 15-20 minute ride to Kinsale for eating, shopping, etc. Plenty of room for large crowds and lots of outdoor activities.”
