Turtle Breeze Villa

Turtle breeze Villa is a luxury oasis set on the beautiful sandy beaches of Grace Bay swimming distance to Smith’s Reef. The unique architecture of this beautiful villa gives the entire property the feeling of being it’s own private resort - not just a house on the beach.

The gorgeous lagoon pool hosts four of the guest suites, while the master suite balcony faces the ocean.

The guest house hosts a king bed, living room, bath, and a full kitchen - perfect for flight crew or traveling staff.

Turtle Breeze is designed to feel like a tropical resort oasis. Most of the rooms are separate structures connected by paths, stairs, and bridges. There is a lagoon pool that starts at the entrance winding its way to the waterfall of the main pool. The unique design provides privacy between guests as well as gorgeous gathering areas overlooking the pool and ocean.

The property is directly on the beach. Smiths Reefs, TCIs most renowned snorkeling spot, is a short swim to the west. Three great restaurants (Mango Reef, Baci, Sharkbite) are walking distance away at Turtle Cove Marina. Everything else requires a car or taxi. There is parking for 4 vehicles on property. Garage access is not included.

We have a concierge that will greet you in person on arrival and attend to all your activity requests. We also have a Villa attendant on property that will ensure everything is in order for your arrival. The attendant lives in the staff house adjacent to the driveway. They do not share your space.

The neighborhood is entirely residential. There are no hotels on this beach. The beach is quiet even in high season.

Three great restaurants (Mango Reef, Baci, Sharkbite) are walking distance away at Turtle Cove Marina. Everything else requires a car or taxi. If you chose to drive to Turtle Cove, there is plenty of parking.

The property has two large pools that are not guarded with a child fence or gates. If you choose to bring small children, a liability waiver is required.
